I spent over a week fishing at a lake along the Steese Highway, determined to rely on my angling skills to feed myself. The rainbow trout were plentiful, and I had the satisfaction of catching enough to sustain me for the entire week. It was a fulfilling experience, knowing that I could provide for myself through the simple act of fishing.

Amidst the peacefulness of the lake, I also had the pleasure of observing some really cool-looking ducks. Their unique appearance added a touch of charm to the scenery, and I enjoyed their presence as I went about my fishing.

In those days spent by the water, I was reminded of the beauty and simplicity of nature. It was a humbling experience, connecting with the outdoors and appreciating the small wonders it had to offer.
