This morning I was sitting inside drinking coffee and this coyote walks past. It’s easily 60 pounds. Probably not dangerous by itself, if it really is by itself. Well at least there’s lots of rocks around.

Wild Burros
For the last few nights I have heard these burros making noise all night. I hear them up in the hills and I can hear them below me. It was not until this morning that I have seen some of them.

I saw these petroglyphs while driving the Mojave road. I regret not staying overnight in this area and exploring more.
